                               RESOLUTION NO. 19303
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO
                   CONTRACT WITH EUGENE BOWMAN, APPRAISER, TO
                   APPRAISE EIGHT (8) TRACTS AND TWO (2) ADD-ON
                   TRACTS RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 76, DAYTONA
                   HEIGHTS COLLECTOR SYSTEM, FOR AN AMOUNT NOT
                   TO EXCEED FOUR THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS
                   ($4,000.00), WHICH AMOUNT INCLUDES TWO
                   HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($250.00)
                   FOR EACH TRACT, TWO HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100
                   DOLLARS ($250.00) FOR EACH ADD-ON, IN
                   ADDITION TO ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($1,500.00) FOR CONDEMNATION
                   SERVICES IF NECESSARY.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to contract with
       Eugene Bowman, Appraiser, to appraise eight (8) tracts and two

       add-on tracts relative to Contract No. 76, Daytona Heights
       Collector System, for an amount not to exceed $4,000.00, which
       amount includes $250.00 for each tract, $250.00 for each add-on,
       in addition to $1,500.00 for condemnation services if necessary.
